Also, this file plays decently on my Soundblaster 16 emulation (in other words, it should be ok even on most basic Soundblaster (or compatible) cards) and it does ok as is on a Maui, but not so hot on my Soundblaster 64 emulation, so if you have a SB64, this sequence might be better if you use your SB32 mode. I may come out with a MT-32 arrangement (and perhaps other card-specific arrangements) at a later date.

And on viewing the lyrics for sing-a-long for the .wrk version - The lyrics should work on all Windows 3.1/95 versions (including demos) of Cakewalk back to Cakewalk 3.0, as long as the version of Cakewalk is a high enough level (ie; Express doesn't support lyrics views, Home Studio and Pro/Pro Audio do.) Now if it's a version below 6.0, you'll have to manually open a lyrics view (right-click over any area over the correct track and select Lyrics) for each of the 3 vocal tracks (8 - 10) and adjust the size of each to show 1 line of lyrics. A picture of how it should look (at 640 x 480) is available at our sequences webpage listed below, and included with the .wrk. Latest versions of Cakewalk should automaticly open those views for you.

So, if you don't have a version of Cakewalk to view the lyrics, you can download a demo, that will work (but all Cakewalk demos will not save a file.) The earliest and lowest level (that supports the lyrics) demo I could find is Cakewalk Home Studio 4.5/5.0. Here's the Cakewalk ftp site (and mirror directory at the same site) -

If you have Windows 3.1, download CWHS45D.ZIP, it's 1.9 meg.
If you have Windows 95, download CWHS50D.EXE, it's 2.3 meg.

If you want to download the most recent versions of Cakewalk demos, you're looking at about 3.2 meg, and the sequence won't play any better, but the lyrics views will automaticly open for you. There's no need to download the 1 meg ActiveMovie for the CFX (audio processing effect.) Here's the download area of Cakewalk's website where you can download those -

Sorry, the new Cakewalk for Mac (Metro) doesn't support the lyrics. Mac users should download (and convert to pc format (if your sequencer doesn't recognize pc .mid files)) the .mid version instead.

.mid users will have to view the included .txt file (WPLYRICS.TXT) for the lyrics.

.mid users should've downloaded - WNGPRYMD.ZIP
Cakewalk users should've downloaded - WNGPRYWK.ZIP
